S.E.E.D.S the Hub of Health
S.E.E.D.S stands for Sustainable Exercise through, Education, Dance & Science – phew, quite long winded we know! Think of S.E.E.D.S as a health and wellness hub that offers various services relating to health via movement, such as:
Ballet for Mature Movers – A class for those 50 years young +
Seated Exercise Classes - Sit Fit
PT Exercise Referral – Specialist in Chronic Health Conditions
Private Dance Training for Fitness
Who is S.E.E.D.S?
Catarina Lau founds S.E.E.D.S; she is a professionally trained dancer with an MSc in Sports Science (Exeter University) and level 3 PT with a diploma in Exercise Referral. Through her own battles with chronic health conditions she wanted to share methods of enjoying and benefiting from movement, even when you have a chronic health illnesses.
Catarina is our main instructor, though there are a few highly qualified, inspiring instructors on the books for outreach work and larger events.
